Return Policy

Return Policy: Please return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving it. Exchanges are accepted under certain conditions. We don't offer refunds. We will send you a store credit in the form of an e-gift card or a promotional code to the email address on file. 
We do not accept used, damaged, washed, or altered clothing, as well as sale products, accessories, bodysuits, and swimwear. Please inspect your items carefully before returning them. The return will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued if it is sent back after the 7-day return policy, ineligible, or not in sellable condition.
All final sale items are non-refundable/returnable! 
Processing time for returns is 5-7 business days from the return received notification.
Damaged Item: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the damage if you received a damaged/defective item. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item by mail. When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. A replacement or store credit will be issued. 
  • All items are returned to us at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside (you can use your packing slip) the return package with your name, order number and reason for return. 
  • In the event that the returned item is lost on the way back to Ky & Krew, the customer must obtain a tracking number for returned package. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process the return. 
  • Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are not refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
